AI Readiness Audit

Your email is retained only for the duration of the audit session and report delivery. The submitted URL is processed in real time and not stored.

Anthropic, PBC (AI analysis — see Section 4 for EEA transfer details); Resend, Inc. (report delivery)

We do not process special category data (GDPR Art. 9) or data relating to criminal convictions (Art. 10).

3. Automated Decision-Making

The AI Readiness Audit uses an automated system (powered by Anthropic's Claude model) to analyse your submitted website URL and produce a scored report. This constitutes automated processing within the meaning of GDPR Article 22.

The audit scores are informational and advisory in nature. They do not produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on you, and no decision is made solely on the basis of the automated output without human review or follow-up.

You may request a human review of any audit result by contacting us at contact@ventures-atelier.com.

4. Processors and International Transfers

We engage the following data processors. Where a processor is located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted under GDPR Article 46(2)(c) as the transfer safeguard.
